Annual physical exams are an important part of keeping your pet healthy. After all, pets age seven times faster than we do! Dentistry
Caring for your pets teeth can prevent irreparable damage to the heart and kidneys!! Bacteria colonize tartar on teeth and cause gum recession. This, in turn, allows the bacteria to access the tooth root and bloodstream which can lead to kidney infections and heart valve infections. Every pet is different in terms of how often they need routine dental cleanings. Our recommendations are based on a case-by-case basis.
Diagnostic and Lab Procedures
Our clinics maintain a comprehensive in-house diagnostic arsenal that includes complete blood count and chemistry results in minutes. Additionally we offer diagnostic imaging including x-ray and ultrasound. We maintain relationships with outside laboratories to provide more specialized tests and diagnostics as needed

Pet Surgery Services
Your pets safety and comfort are the first priority when considering surgery of any sort. Our surgery suite uses the safest anesthetic agents available as well as advanced in-surgery patient monitoring to help ensure a safe recovery. Additionally our surgical laser, which uses a laser instead of a scalpel, is an option for many surgical conditions. Laser surgery results in less pain and chance of bleeding, as well as decreased chances of infection. Immediately post-op we offer cold laser therapy for many conditions. Hospitalization
We provide critical patient hospitalization services at both Ottawa and Bluffton during our business hours, in addition, to ensure the best possible care for your pet, our critical hospitalized patients are transferred to the West Central Ohio Veterinary Emergency Service, where doctors and licensed technicians are on duty all night and 24hrs on weekends and holidays to treat and monitor your pet.
Pharmacy
Our all inclusive pet pharmacy offers a full range of medications as well as numerous choices for heartworm, flea, and tick control. We also carry numerous prescription diets for pets with specific dietary needs.
Boarding
Our Bluffton facility offers boarding and daycare services for both dogs and cats. We offer "luxury suites" for more pampered pets, that feature twin beds as an option to standard boarding. What really sets us apart is our teams care of your pet, our staff members are in at least three times per day to take dogs outside to our secure runs and ensure all boarding pets are happy and comfortable. Grooming
For the ultimate in pet care convenience, we offer full grooming services for dogs and cats at our Bluffton location. You can request to have your boarded pet groomed prior to going home, or schedule a "spa day" for your pet . For your pets safety and the safety of all other pets and staff, we do require that all pets for boarding and grooming be current on their vaccines , ask us for details.
